PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT, but ex. delivery.

Reservations are made for out-of-stock items and misprints.

You can pay with: Dankort, MobilePay, Apple Pay, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. The amount is deducted from the account when the order is dispatched.

It is safe to shop with a card at Poeter, as account information is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL). In this way, no one other than PBS has access to the account information. Likewise, only the amount specified can be withdrawn from the account.

DELIVERY

Poeter only delivers in Denmark and uses GLS as a business partner.

The delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Please note that during sales and public holidays, longer delivery times may occur.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

There is a 14-day right of return and exchange at Poeter. The right applies from the time the item is received. When returning or exchanging, the item must be unused and undamaged. This also applies to the packaging and marks that may be on the product.

We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or parcels sent without distribution.

When returning or exchanging:

1) Go in and create a return shipment here .

2) Hand in the parcel to a GLS parcel shop.
Find the nearest parcel shop here .

3) When we have received the package and approved the return, the return amount is returned to the account that was used for the purchase.
If you have requested an exchange for a different size, we will pack your package as soon as possible and send it to you.

Return shipments cost DKK 40 and are paid by the customer.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Poeter provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to manufacturing and material defects that have arisen during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear due to incorrect use, poor maintenance, violent or unauthorized interventions.
The complaint must be notified to Poeter within 2 months after the fault has been discovered. The item is then returned to Poeter, who takes care of repair, exchange or credit, depending on agreement. It is the buyer's duty to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself.

In the event of a complaint, a receipt for the purchase must be sent.

OTHER RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to return goods on the webshop. We endeavor to reproduce the actual appearance of the goods as best as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color of the goods on the screen is an accurate representation of the physical goods.
